Open Element 31 Copy and paste as a new layer
You will need to resize this to suit.
Place in the middle of your canvas.

Open up another paper of choice

I used paper 7

Copy and paste as a new layer, 

Move this layer below the frame layer.

Now with your eraser tool erase all the parts of this paper that you do 

not wanting showing.

Copy and Paste Element 19
Place to the left of your tag .or as you wish.
Use my finished tag as a guide
adjust size to suit.

Open Elements 38
place as you wish you may want to 
Re size these layer by 50% Place as you wish
or see my tag as a guide for placement.I placed this element on the left side of the frame
I duplicated this later a few times to arrange the grass

around the brick wall.
Please see my finished tag as a guide.

Open Elements
36 and place to the right side of your tag

Copy and paste element 77

 and place at the at the bottom right of your frame layer
you will need to adjust size to suit.

copy and paste element 37 and place just above the
brick arch layer that you created

or place as you wish.
You can always refer to my finished tag
as a guide.

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Place as you wish, Or as I have.I placed my tube behind the well layer
and deleted the base of the tube that i did not want showing.
Use my tag as a guide.
Delete any of the tube you do not wish to see on your tag.

Add any other names and copyrite information that is required,

Save as you would normally.
