I assume this tutorial can be done using another kit with adjustments,

I have wrote this tutorial as if you are using the same kit as I have

throughout this tutorial.

This tutorial relies heavily on referring to my finished product

600 x 600

flood fill with a colour of choice

I used colour #FFFFFF

Open up Element Splatter FD
Copy and paste as a new layer, Duplicate this layer
Image - Mirror - Image - Flip

Open up element Sparkle FD - Copy and Paste
As a new layer on your canvas - again
Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Ok thats the backing of the image nearly complete.

Open up Frame 5 - Paste as a new layer 

You my need to re size to suit.

Duplicate this layer another 2 times so you have a total of 3
frame layers - Rename these layers - Frame 1 - 2 and 3

Select frame 2 and do as follows.

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Left - Free - 15.

Select frame 3
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - Right - Free - 15
You should now have the following image.

Open up elements
Butterfly 1 - Flower 4 - Flower 6 - Flower 7 and Flower Ribbon

Place as you wish around your frame or as i have 

See my tag as a guide or look at this preview

so you can arrange the same.

Once Happy with placement of your elements

add a drop shadow of choice to each layer.

I used the following

2 - 3 - 40 - 5- black

and merged all these layers together.
renamed them on my palette layers - Flowers.

Now with your Magic Wand

Select inside the inner of your frame you have just made.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 10

Copy and paste a paper of choice I used paper 4

Selections - Invert - Hit delete on your keyboard.

Move this layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer

Duplicate your tube.

Move one above your paper layer you just made
and the other above the frame layer
Select the inner of the frame with your magic wand.
click on the tube layer below your frame layer
Selections - Invert - Hit Delete on your keyboard.
Click on the top Tube layer and with your Eraser tool
Delete any of the image at the Bottom you wish not to see.
