I assume this tutorial can be done using another kit with adjustments,

I have wrote this tutorial as if you are using the same kit as I have

throughout this tutorial.

This tutorial relies heavily on referring to my finished product

Up your template of choice or as i have
Select the background layer and floodfill with white.
Close of the credits CTRL+D Close the original template
Select a layer on your template

Selections - Float - Selections - Defloat -
Copy and paste a paper of choice from your kit.
Selections - Invert - Hit delete on your keyboard.

Repeat this step for each section of the template.
I have used many elements from this wonderful scrap kit
and placed in various paces on my tag

I placed several elements to the left of the template
and arranged as a bundle.
adding a drop shadow to each element
of the following settings I used the following

2 - 3 - 40 - 5- black

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
place in the center of your template
adding the same previously used drop shadow.

Add any other elements that you may wish to use
and place as you wish.
Use my finished result as a guide.
Remembering to add a drop shadow to each layer.
