Open a blank canvas 550 x 550 Floodfill with white. Copy and paste the paper supplied as a new layer Colourise to suit or as i have (Hue 22 & Saturation 11) Go to Layers Load, Save mask, Load mask from disc Find your mask beckymask_022 with these settings Source luminance, Fit to canvas, Hide all mask. Lower the oppacity as you wish. Layers pallete right click merge group. Copy and paste the provided frame as a new layer again colourising to suit. You may wish to resize as i did. With your magic wand select inside your frame. Selections, Modify expand by 2 Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, selections invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Move this layer below your frame layer add a dropshadow of choice i used 4, 4, 40, 4 colour black Copy and paste the ribbon as a new layer again resizing to fit frame. Colourise as you did before. Adding the same dropshadow place as you wish or as i have. See my tag as a guide. Copy and paste the arrow as a new layer again colourising and adding the same dropshadow place just over your ribbon. Copy and paste the pearls as a new layer, colourising and adding dropshadow. Place on the top left of your frame. Right click Duplicate this layer. Image mirror. Make sure this is now on the right hand side of your frame. Copy and paste again colourising and adding the dropshadow. Place in the top centre of your frame. Add any names you desireand all copyrite information required. X out of your white background layer and your masked layer and text. Right click Merge visible. Right click copy merged, Open animation shop Animation Shop Right click, Paste as new animation. Duplicate so you have a total of 18 frames. Back over to psp X out of all open layers and un x Background, Masked layer and names layer right click copy merged back over to animation shop, paste as new animation. Again duplicate so you have a total of 18 frames. Open the firework animation right click copy Back onto your background layer, edit, select allRight click, Paste into animation Place towards the top not too far up tho Run animation to make sure you are happy with placement if not just undo and repeat untill you are. Still in animation shop Open up the image (Tube and frame)Edit, Select all, Right click and copy Back onto your background layer making sure you are still in the 1st layer Edit select allright click paste into animation and place your frame. Run animation and if happy save as you would normally If not once again Undo and keep trying to place your frame untill you are happy. Thats it tut complete Thanks for trying my tutorial.
