This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

- Supplies Needed -
Tube/Image of choice – Butterfly Nose - Suzanne Woolcott
You will need a license to use this tube
I obtained this lifetime license from
Artistic Minds Inc
Font used – Bauhaus 93 & Pixelette (Credits)

- Lets Get Started -
Open a new canvas
600 x 600
Flood fill with white
Open Up a paper of choice
I used Paper 16
Paste as a new layer
Layers, new mask layer
Load/Save mask
Load mask from disk
use a mask of choice I used
Mask WSL_Mask222
Use the following settings on
your mask layer
Source Luminance,
Fit to canvas
Hide all mask,
Hit load.
Elements
Open Element 2 Copy and paste as a new layer
You will need to resize this to suit
.
With your magic wand
select the inner of the frame,
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open up another paper of choice
I used paper 16
Copy and paste as a new layer,
Move this layer below the frame layer.
Copy and Paste Element 52
Place to the right of your tag or as you wish.
Use my finished tag as a guide
adjust size to suit.
Open Elements 66
place as you wish you may want to
or see my tag as a guide for placement.
I placed this element to the left of the frame.
Please see my finished tag as a guide.
Open Elements
12 and place to the left side of your tag
resize again to suit, Once happy
Copy and paste elements
10 and 56
and place at the at the bottom of your frame layer
you will need to adjust sizes to suit.
Place as you wish or as I have
Use my tag as a guide.
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Place as you wish,
Or as I have.I placed my tube above the frame layer
and deleted the base of the tube that i did not want showing.
Use my tag as a guide.
Delete any of the tube you do not wish to see on your tag.
Add a drop shadow of choice to each layer.
I used the following
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow
load the following settings
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Add any other elements that you may wish to use
to create the tag you want.
See my tag as a guide to place the elements as I have.
Add any other names and copyrite information that is required,
Save as you would normally.
That's it tutorial complete.
Use my finished result as a reference.
