Night On The Tiles
Program of choice is pspX2
This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

- Supplies Needed -
Tube/Image of choice – VeryMany - ScrapsAndTheCity
You will need a license to use this tube
Scrapkit - PTU - Glitter_N_Grease - Lexi Creationz
Font used HeartBreaker- Pixelette (Credits)

- Lets Get Started -
Open a new canvas 600 x 600
Flood fill with White.
Copy Element one from the kit.
Paste Element one and resize to suit.
Copy Element 22 and Paste as a new layer
place this over your last element.
copy and paste element 9
place as a new layer directly in the middle of your canvas.
You will have to re size these layers to suit.
Once happy with placement
Close out the white background layer and merge all layers visible.
Chose a frame of choice I selected Element 38
Paste as a new layer.
Place in the center of the canvas.
Once happy with placement.
Get your eraser tool and erase the Merged visible layer
the bits that show through the stars on your frame layer.
Copy and Paste your tube of choice.
Place as you wish to be seen.
Duplicate this layer.
Move one below your frame layer and the other above.
On your Bottom tube layer (below frame)
With your eraser tool delete the areas at the bottom of the frame
that you don't want to be seen.
Once happy with that apply a drop shadow of choice
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - black.
Open Elements 11 - 19 - 20 and 30
Place as you wish in the bottom corner of your tag.
See my tag as a guide for exact placement.
Again you will have to re size these layers to suit.
Repeat these steps of drop shadow
to each and every layer that you have posted.
Add any other elements that you may wish
to use, remember to add the same previously
used drop shadow to each layer you add.
Add any other names and copy rite information that is required.
save as you would normally.
