Open up a blank canvas 600 x 600

flood fill with white

Open up a frame of choice

or as i have Element 24

place in the center of your canvas

with your magic wand, select inside your frame.

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat -

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

IF you are going to Floodfill with a colour of choice 

you will need to add a new raster layer.

 Or paste a paper of choice as i have.

I used paper 10

Selections - Invert - Hit delete on your keyboard.

Move this layer below your frame layer.

Again Select your frame layer

Selections - Select all - Float- De float - Selections - Modify - Expand by 2

Copy and Paste your tube of choice and place in the

frame as you wish your tube to appear, Use my tag as a guide.

Once happy with placement

Over on your layers palette change your blend mode to

Lighten and lower the opacity to 48.

Or you can mess about with the settings until you are happy.

Copy and Paste any elements that you may wish to use.

I used the following elements from the scrap kit

Elements 46, 40, 38, 36, 30 and 20

see my tag as a guide for placement.

You will need to resize these elements to a size to suit.

Once happy with placement add the following drop shadow

loading the following settings
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
