This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube/Image of choice – Cristian Gonzalez - UpYourArt
You will need a license to use this tube
Template - Tonya & Rosey - Template 02 - CreativeMisfitsCreations
FILTER - DSB FLUX - Brght Noise
Font used – Most Wanted & Pixelette (Credits)

-Lets Get Started-
Open the Template - close of credits
CTRL+D Close out original Template.
select TWO colors from your tube.
I chose the purples from mine.
Select one of the layer from your template
With your dropper tool select the colour you want to change
on your template this should jump to your foreground colour
and the colour you want to change should be in your background palette
with your color re-placer tool
Repeat this step for each layer that you would like this effect
adding to, You can use my tag as a guide.
Adding a drop shadow to each layer after you have completed.
I used Drop shadow with the following settings.
remembering to add drop shadow to each layer.
CTRL+D Close out original Template.

load the following settings
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place as you wish or as i have,

also add any other embelishments that you may desire.0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place as you wish or as i have,

remembering to add drop shadow to each layer.
Add any other names and copy rite information that is required,
Save as you would normally.
