This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. ----------------------------------------- Supplies Needed Tube/Image of choice – Greg Andrews- UpYourArt You will need a license to use this tube Filters – Xero – Porcelain VM Extravaganza – Transmission Xenofex 2 – Constellation Animation Shop also required Font used – Bank Gothic ----------------------------------------- -Lets Get Started- Open a new canvas, 450 x 200 Floodfill with a colour of choice or one from your tube, I floodfilled with colour #174A7C Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Place as you wish or as I have, I placed one to the left of my screen, Over on layers pallete I duplicated this and mirrored the effect, I then changed the blend mode to Luminance Legacy, Effects – Xero – Porcelain Load with the following settings 50-128-128-0-0-255 click ok, Repeat this step for the opposite tube, I then used, VM Extravaganza – Transmission with the following settings 2-0-6 I did this on both tubes, Copy and paste the same tube or a different if like, and place in the centre of your canvas, I used the Xero-Porcelain Filter again loaded with the same previously used settings. Layers New raster layer, Select your background layer. Selections Select all, Float, Defloat, Selections. Modify, contract by 2 On the new raster layer you just created flood fill this with a colour of choice I used white #FFFFFF selections modify contract by 2 again hit delete on your keyboard, This has now given you a border, Move this layer to the top of your Palette. Add any Copy rite information and names required, Select your background layer again Effects – Filters – Xenofex 2 – Constellation Load with the following settings Copy Merged and paste into animation shop, Back over to Psp, Undo your last effect, Back to Constellation and this time hit the random seed button twice, Copy merged back over to Animation Shop right click, paste after current frame. Final time back over to psp repeat previous step and again to animation shop and right click paste after current frame, Run the animation, Once happy with it save as a .gif file. Tutorial complete, Follow the same steps on a small scale for the Avatar.
