Grab your preset shape no Foreground white background set to the same colour you used for your masked layer. draw out a good size and place in the centre of your canvas. convert to raster layer. Add my provided wording layer and place on your preset no shape. add a subtle drop shadow. duplicate your tube layer, move this duplicated layer to the top of your layers pallete. With your eraser tool erase the parts of your top tube layer to make it look like your tube is coming out of the No sign.
