Copy and paste the provided frame as a new layerYou may colourise if you wish. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. With your eraser tool erase any parts that are over hanging the frame. Move this tube layer below your frame, above your masked layer. Add a dropshadow of choice. Copy and paste the wordart also provided colourise to suit. Place across the top of your frame. Copy and paste the flower provided, again colourise to suit. Place on the left hand side of your frame or as you wish. Copy and paste the provided butterfly as a new layer again colourise to suit if you wish. Place to the right of your frame layer or as you wish. Add any other accents to the tag if you desire.
